Good to know
When do the gates open?+
Friday at 16:00, Saturday and Sunday at 14:00. The Armazém runs until 06:00 on Friday and Saturday and until 04:00 on Sunday. The Jardim finishes by 22:00 every night.
How do I get to Parque Tejo?+
Metro or train to Oriente (red line, or any train into Lisbon), then the free festival shuttle, which runs every five minutes from 13:00 until an hour after the last set. On foot it is 25 minutes along the river from Oriente.
Is there an age limit?+
No. Under 16s come free with a ticket-holding adult and get their own wristband at the gate. The Armazém is 18 and over after midnight.
Can I bring my own tent?+
Yes, with the three-day pass plus camping. Campo Tejo opens Thursday at noon and closes Monday at noon. Pre-pitched tents can be added when you buy.
What can I bring in?+
An empty bottle up to one litre (there are free water points), sun cream, a small bag. No glass, no professional cameras, no umbrellas. Lockers are by each gate.
Is the festival cashless?+
Yes. Your wristband is your wallet; top up online before you come or at any bar. Unused balance is refunded automatically after the festival.
Are the stages accessible?+
All four stages have raised viewing platforms, the paths are paved or boarded, and the accessible shuttle runs from Oriente. Carers come free. Email access@tagidefestival.pt and we will plan it with you.
What if an act cancels?+
Lineups change; tickets are not refunded if an act cancels, but if a headliner does we will say so on this page and on the app within an hour of knowing.
Can I resell my ticket?+
Only through our official resale, which opens in March. Tickets bought anywhere else may not scan.
